Haskell Indian Nations University presented 193 candidates for degrees during the 2008 Spring Commencement on May 9 in Coffin Sports Complex.

Tila Salas-Brooks, a freshman from Portland, Ore., was named Miss Haskell during the Spring Commencement Powwow on Friday night. Orlando Begay, a junior from Monument Valley, Utah, became the next Haskell Brave.
